Currently all club slections are picked by Kara.
The club selection items are not returnable or exchangeable. And no other coupon or discount may be applied to the Solas Club, unless specifically designated or a gift certificate.
Club member discount levels will be activated by Solas administration within 24-48 hours of joining the club. If you are joining the club and need your activation expedited to place discounted orders immediately please call 1-888-82-SOLAS during normal business hours M-F, 9-5 PST.
There is not a required commitment to join or maintain membership in the Solas Club. There is, however, a minimum membership required to receive your first Club select shipment as follows: The 9's - 2 months, Bag-aholic - 3 months, Clutch-love - 4 months. This is basically determined from the term between each club level's select picks shipment dates.
Memberships can be cancelled at any time by calling 1-888-82-SOLAS, 213-291-7418 or emailing orders@solasfashion.com. All monthly recurring charges received by the Solas Club while a member is en-rolled are non-refundable. You must be a current mermber to receive the selection picks on the specified ship months.
The extended warranties only apply to club selection items and any Solas merchandise purchased within your club membership. Any warranty cliams will be verified to account history.
